The rules for using Kroma's messaging automation service.

Last updated: August 24, 2026

Using Kroma

By using Kroma, you agree to these terms and to use the service only for lawful business purposes. You must be authorised to connect each messaging account, social account, application, or other service that you link to Kroma.

Your account and connected channels

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, instructions, business content, and permissions you provide. Keep your account credentials secure and promptly tell us about unauthorised use.

You must follow the rules, terms, and messaging policies of every platform you connect, including Meta and Instagram. A platform may limit, suspend, or remove its own access independently of Kroma.

Customer communications

You are responsible for your communications with your customers, including ensuring that you have a lawful basis to process their information, providing required notices, and reviewing the configuration and responses used for your business. Kroma is a software service and does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Kroma to break the law, violate third-party rights, send spam, commit fraud, or distribute harmful content.
  • Do not attempt to access another customer's data, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or use the service to create or distribute malware.
  • Do not upload or instruct Kroma to process content you do not have the right to use.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Kroma available and reliable, but external platforms, providers, and internet services can affect availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or product development.

Ending access

You may stop using Kroma and disconnect a connected channel at any time. We may suspend or end access where use breaches these terms, creates security or legal risk, or is required by a platform or law.
